Attaphoto aims at customer satisfaction, so for companies and professionals with a VAT number we can deliver the goods to the places indicated. For consumers who purchase goods using the Paypal circuit, instead the goods will be sent only to the address used for your own registration on Paypal, if the delivery address indicated by you should differ from the Paypal registration the order will be refused.

We ship a maximum of 20 kg.

Delivery time for purchases on our online store

If the goods on our online store is available in stock we need maximum 10 working days to process the order, when the goods will be ready for shipment we will inform the customer by email as soon as tha carrier has executed the pickup

If the goods are not available in stock, the customer will be informed by email about the estimated time for procurement, usually within 15 working days unless unforeseen, as soon as the goods are ready for shipment we will inform the customer by email of the successful shipment.

Indicative delivery times should be considered as: the sum of the preparation times of the goods for shipment with the shipping times indicated below:

• European Union: shipping within 10 working days, delivery times depend on the local service.

• Extra EU and rest of the world: shipping within 10 working days, delivery times depend on the local service and further delays may be due to customs operations.

The only accepted payment system for consumers without a VAT number is as follows:

Companies and professionals who require invoice have the ability to pay only by bank transfer, the bank details will be communicated by email on the quotation of products requested.

Companies and professionals who do not require an invoice have the opportunity to pay only through Paypal using our online store for orders.
